All Juffrou Ansie learning materials for Grades 10–12 (English and Afrikaans) are delivered as downloadable PDF files — no physical shipping.

1) How delivery works

You can access your purchases in two ways:

• Via your order email (download links), or
• Directly from your account under My Account → Downloads.

Once downloaded, the PDFs are saved to your device (PC, phone or tablet) — usually in your Downloads folder.

2) Delivery times

Your downloads are usually available within 15 minutes of successful payment.

3) EFT payment reference

Please use your order number as the payment reference when making an EFT. This helps us match your payment quickly.
