Because Juffrou Ansie products are digital PDF downloads, they cannot be returned once purchased.

1) Digital products (no returns)
All products sold on juffrouansie.co.za are digital. For this reason, products cannot be returned and refunds are not provided as a standard practice.
2) Swaps (wrong item purchased)
If you purchased the incorrect product, we are happy to assist with a product swap. Swaps are only for incorrect items purchased (e.g., wrong grade/subject).
3) Credits or refunds (special circumstances only)
Credits or refunds are only considered in special circumstances, for example:
- A product is misrepresented, or
- A product is faulty.
